Once your new company has been successfully registered, you have a number of annual filings for the Companies Registry you need to perform both for Private Limited Companies and Private Business Corporations.

Annual returns
An annual return is a report containing accurate and up-to-date information about a Private Limited Company on a certain date. The purpose of filing an annual return at least once every 12 months is to confirm the Private Limited Company details you have registered at the Companies Registry and update any changes to directors, company secretary or auditors and/or issued share capital.
The Companies Registry will check the annual returns details against the public register and update any changes to any information, if required.
